Expand Your Perspective.
Strengthen Your Leadership Skills.

Great leaders never stop learning.

The Yale Global Executive Leadership Program (YGELP) gives senior executives space to step back from immediate demands, examine consequential leadership challenges, and think more strategically about the future of your organization.

Across eight months, you’ll learn from Yale faculty, industry thought leaders, and an internationally diverse cohort. Between the three in-person modules, you’ll have opportunities to apply ideas and return to campus with new questions.
